Tolkien Themed Memorabilia Online Event

Calling all Lord of the Rings and Hobbit fans! Do you have any precious objects/artifacts linked to the books and films that you would like to show to the expert collector and curator of our latest exhibition Matt Fox? He will give his professional opinion on the items you share with us, including value and importance.
Please share photos and any information you have on the objects with us via our social media platforms or by email at BarnsleyMuseums@barnsley.gov.uk.
On Thursday, 21 Feb we will be hosting an online event where Matt will review a shortlist of twenty objects that have been submitted and give his opinions live via our Facebook pages and we would love for everyone to tune in and join in the conversations!
The owner of each of the shortlisted items will receive a Tolkien themed gift as a prize.
