The Ballad of Eldon Street Listening Party

On Thursday, 14 September, there will be a listening party for the Ballad of Eldon Street, a new BBC radio ballad featuring the lyrics and music of Simon Armitage and LYR and stories and voices from Eldon Street. Held in the Parkway Cinema, it will be a unique opportunity to hear the radio ballad before its launch on Radio 4 later in the month. The evening is taking place as part of the Eldon Street High Street Heritage Action Zone.
