This year’s Barnsley Bright Nights theme is ‘Between Earth and Sky,’ celebrating our communities and inspiring creativity through high-quality art. The festival will also showcase the new Yorkshire Roses light sculptures and celebrate Barnsley’s position as the UK’s first Tech Town.
Barnsley Bright Nights is delivered by Barnsley Council’s award-winning Arts & Events team, with support from Arts Council England, The Seam Digital Campus, The Glass Works, Barnsley College, Visit Barnsley, Barnsley Museums, Barnsley Libraries, Barnsley Civic and Barnsley Museums & Heritage Trust.
Barnsley Museums & Heritage Trust are delighted to have contributed towards the internal interactive element of this project at Experience Barnsley, thanks to the generosity of our supporters.
