Voting Is Open For The Green Flag Awards!

Over the last few years – more than ever – we have all come to understand just how important it is to have a great park or green space on our doorstep. They have been a place to escape to, to meet friends in, to exercise in or simply to have a quiet moment in.

Thanks to the tireless work of parks staff and volunteers across the UK this year, a record-breaking 2,208 parks and green spaces have been given a Green Flag Award – the international quality mark for parks and green spaces.

Now, to celebrate our fantastic parks, the public is being asked to vote for their favourite award-winning park.

Two of our fabulous green spaces have been nominated for an award – Cannon Hall Park and Gardens and Worsbrough Mill Country Park.
