Prepare for a scare at Worsbrough Mill this Halloween
14th December 2016
Chilling tales of unspeakable horror will be uncovered on the Worsbrough Mill ‘Witching Hour’ interactive ghost walks.
Taking place between Friday, 28 and Monday, 31 October, those brave enough to take part will be guided around one of Barnsley’s most atmospheric sites on a spine chilling tour.
Visitors are invited to come along and explore the Mill and Country Park as spectres and ghouls try and claim their soul.
The events are not for the faint hearted and only suitable for those age twelve and upwards.
Cllr Roy Miller, Cabinet Spokesperson for Place, said: “Worsbrough Mill is a fascinating place to visit and I am sure people will want to take a closer look around the 17th century site on these unique one-off events. The ‘Witching Hour’ interactive walks are perfect for the brave hearted and those looking for an alternative way to celebrate Halloween!”
Tickets cost £8.50 per person, £30 for a family ticket and are available at the Worsbrough Mill shop or at shop.barnsley-museums.com
